Privacy

We collect only what is necessary to consider an application and to serve a membership: the name, contact details, household information and preferences you provide, and basic technical records of your visit. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to profile you outside the service. Information is held encrypted, access is restricted to the people serving your household, and records are destroyed on request except where we are required to retain them.
