Terms

This site is provided for the use of invited parties. An invitation number is personal to the holder and may not be transferred. Submitting an application does not create a membership, and Obsidian Private may decline any application without giving a reason. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of banking, investment, tax, or legal services, or a solicitation of any security or deposit. Membership terms are provided in full before any fee is payable. Write to legal@obsidianprivate.com.
